Pricing

We don't think that your dream wedding has to cost a fortune to be everything you've ever imagined; I.O.B. weddings start at $2,000 based on season, number of guests, and hours/days of use. From intimate ceremonies to larger celebrations, we have a combination that will fit your budget up to $5,000 (catering not included).   • Saturday weddings assume an additional fee, depending on the season

    • Rehearsal dinners & showers are also a reasonable upcharge

  • We offer on-site BBQ catering upon request at approx. $16-18 per person

    • We can also offer beer & wine services

  • Guests provide all decoration with the exception of our rain lights, rolling bar, chairs & tables

    • Linens (white) can be made available upon request

  • We have a dual-screen projection system at an additional cost as well
